Sheer moonlight cascaded along the shoreline as the lone mare plodded along. Rocks rolled underneath her daggers as they brushed against the hard and unstable ground. The gently rhythm of waves greedily lapping against the sandy and rocky shore comforted the palomino as she neared the end of perilous journey. The stars twinkled against the black blanket of sky that hung over the earth, reflecting against the cold and unwelcoming waters to her right. Auburn heaved a sigh of weariness as she gazed upon those same waters, nothing but confusion clouding her mind. Why had she left her harem anyway? It was safe, beautiful, but boring all the same. That was probably the reason she had slipped away in the middle of the night weeks ago, not realizing the journey she would under-go.
Maybe it was because no one had given her a child. She was only three after all. She had a long life a head of her, full of children and excitement. Auburn wasn't really... fond of children but she wanted to continue on a line of beautiful babies. Her beauty simply could no go wasted. The thought made Auburn break into a smile, the first in a long time. The boredom was broken, she was now in a place that she could settle down and flaunt her true colors. Sure, the past king had ignored her beautiful self, but this new place probably had a King that would appreciate her. The very thought made her smile. "We'll see what I can do here." Auburn purred to herself, surprised by her voice. She hadn't talked in so long, her journey had been completely alone so she had no need.
Trotting into a cave along the cliffs, she took shelter from the spray of the waves that crashed against the shoreline that brushed against the mouth of the cave. Auburn flashed her blue eyes wearily, her eyelashes caressing the underneath of her eyes. She would wait until the stallion she had scented would come and see to her. She had made clear her presence, not hiding at all. Until just then. 'Let the games begin.' The real games. It wouldn't be long for him to find her, but it would take a lot of 'convincing' to get her to stay. But surely he was a reasonable stallion. Auburn could do a little bartering if she needed to.
"auburn talking" ooc; I hope you don't mind. :3 Auburn needs a place to stay.

Shining down on the land that we all walked upon. My ebony figure shimmering in the light of the moon. Daggers slicing into the beach. Gazing all around the land as I was proud of my finds. I had found my queen, Panya and a mare that is my first brood mare, Whisper, out of many to come. Hoping that soon I would go and find some other excitement to the land. Flickering my banner around as I smelt the smell of another equine upon my land that I walked upon. Snorting loudly as I nickered loudly and charged forwards over the land. Spotting the sight of a beautiful equine in the distance. Letting my daggers slowing down and looking at her from where I was at. Her light color figure was very beautiful. Watching from a distance as she went and made her way into a cave that was within one of my cliffs of the I owned. Making my daggers move me forwards as I wanted to see just what she wanted. So with that I snorted lightly and began my motion towards her.
My figure moving down one of the paths that was in the cliffs. Making my way over towards the cave she was in. Keeping my figure in the shadows as I made my way into the cave that she was within. Gazing at her with a devilish grin as I looked towards her. "Well, well, what do we have hear?" I said with a grin on my mug as I looked at her. Standing close to her as I came up to her. Moving around her figure as I scanned her and I mean every little bit of her. "My name is Kottonmouth King, King of this land. Please tell me your name and why you walk over my land." I cooed to her as I stood there. Letting my mug rub against her figure before moving ahead of her and standing there. Gazing into her orbs as I waited for her reponse.

The rhythmical sound of the waves made Auburn's eyes slowly shut. A quiet hum slowly came from her mug as she felt all of her muscles relax. Sleep was the only thing that was on the mare's mind. That and maybe the inevitable. She would probably end of staying here. So why not get comfortable? Auburn felt a smile coming on and slowly tried to get back the relax that she had been feeling before. But alas the excitement began to keep the sleep away. Normally she would be annoyed but she realized that she probably wouldn't have slept that long anyway, because the sound of hooves against sand alerted her that a horse was coming her way. Auburn smirked, closing her eyes and pretending to be half asleep when she knew that he was coming up against the mouth of the cave.
"Well, well, what do we have here?"
One eye opened, and then slowly the next. Her bright blue eyes scanned him over and she was rather pleased by what she found. A large and muscular brute. He was quite the pretty boy wasn't he? Auburn was reminded of the stallion that used to be the King of the Dark realm. What was his name? She couldn't remember, but all she knew was that he was the picture of pretty. Too bad he didn't notice her. But now Auburn was assured that she would be treated like royalty here, the way he was looking at her. Too bad he would have to work to get any kids out of her. Even though she wanted a foal badly, she wouldn't let just any stag have the privilege. Even if he was a king. Her thought was confirmed when he spoke again.
"My name is Kottonmouth King, King of this land. Please tell me your name and why you walk over my land."
She shivered slightly as his maw brushed against her side, and gazed rather longingly at him as he stepped away. She missed the comfort of another equine next to her. He might get a foal easier than he thought because she was lonelier than she had first expected. "Well. Since you said please. My name's Auburn." The palomino mare said in an elegant and slightly drawn out tone. "I came because I'm lonely. I've been away from equines far too long." Auburn murmured, stepping forward slightly with an innocent expression put on. She had never actually been too attracted to a stallion before, but this time it was sort of different. Not only was she desperate, but he could father some strong foals and that was attractive in itself. Auburn took another step forward, eying him carefully.
"auburn talking" ooc; ^^ yay.
