The dark brown daggers of a bay tovero stallion dug deep into the sand that was constantly getting battered by the waves. Galloping across the shoreline, the horse's legs moved with a steady pace and his mane and tail flew out behind him like a banner. Tossing his head excitedly, the stallion knew that a mature, responsible adult stallion wouldn't be galloping recklessly along the beach without even thinking to worry about predators but Tux was far from thinking like a mature adult right now. He hadn't had much fun in quite awhile and decided that he deserved at least a few moments to enjoy himself before he would collect himself and think of his future once more.

After all, if there was one thing his mother had nailed into his head, it was to make sure that he got a herd and made something of himself. His mother had always told him she wanted him to become the strong, brave, prtoective stallion she knew he could be and he wasn't one who wanted to let her down. As thoughts of his mother and her wishes for him came back into his head, he felt his heart drop a bit and he almost felt guilty for having fun when he should be out searching for mares to join his herd of one as well as finding open land that he would be able to claim.

Finally slowing his gaze to a walk, he shook his mane out a bit and continued strolling up the beach as he caugth his breath and let his heart rate slow down once more. Taking a deep breath, he finally paused, remembering that he should be making sure he was alone and didn't have some predator watching him, waiting to make a move.

Was this the good season to be wandering the land?I mean aren't there equines out there that are just out there to breed. Seeing that it is that time of the season. Well, there was no reason for this mare to hide as she wandered over the land. Her daggers pushing over the land as she wandered just who was about the lands that she walked over. With her daggers beginning to sink into the land underneath me. Not realizing that I had wandered onto a shore line. Gazing around as I noticed the sea birds flying all around and the sight of the waves crashing onto the land that rested under our hooves. Thorns flickering as she listene to see just what was going on around her. Listeneing to mae sure that she was going to find another equine that would give her something to do out of all these things that she could ed up doing, but that did not stop her from motioning forwards over the land.

Dark brown orbs going from one side to the other and yet. There was still nothing around her to do. It was like no one was out journeying the land that was under out daggers. Shifting her weight into her daggers as she walked forwards over the land. Gazing down at the land as she noticed that there were hoof prints in the sand below where we walked. Perking her thorns high on her head as she looked at the hoof prints. Making her way further over the lad as she hoped that these hoof prints would lead her to finding some kind of entertainment into her way. Then there was the sight of the equine that she was looking for, who in the mean time seemed to have beem leaving these marks on the land. Snorting slightly at the ocean scent that came over the land. Wondering just what this equine would do when she approached him.

Giving him a soft nicker as she approached so that he would not seem like she had been watching him all this time. Flickering the thorns on her skull as she gazed at him in thought. "Hello. My name is Juggalette. May I know yours? For I am new to this place." She asked as she looked at him. Shifitng her rusty dappled figure as she came to a halt. Wondering just what he would say towards her as she stood there. Flickering her banner around as the ocean breeze picked up a little bit. Making her turn her head to look to find that a storm seemed to be heading in their direction, but at this moment she ingorned it. Due to the fact that it was so far away and not over top of them.

The ocean breeze that rushed up over the waves before tugging at Tux's mane and tail brought with it the scents of salt and a storm. The thought of a storm blowing across the shoreline was reason enough for the painted stallion to turn his mighty head out towards the open ocean. A few miles off, he could make out the dark, clouds that were most likely already pounding the ocean's surface with rain. Judging the distance for a moment, he finally realized that the storm was no concern of his thanks to it being so far away and he didn't have much time to worry about the weather as a friendly whinny from a new horse caught his attention.

Turning his light blue gaze to look out over the sandy dunes that decorated the shoreline, he caught sight of a rather large mare that had a coat of dark dappled gold it seemed. A soft smile made it's way across his maw as he saw the mare come towards him and he dipped his head in greeting to her as she introduced herself and asked him for his name before explaining that she was new to these parts.

"I'm Tux, it's a pleasure to meet you, m'lady. And I'm afraid I'm not too familiar with this area either, just came to check it out. What brings you here?" he replied, glancing around the land they were now standing on. He wasn't too surprised that there weren't very many horses around and to be honest he was a little surprised that he had ran into another equine at all. After all there was no fresh water source to drink from and no real grass to eat either which were the two things that usually drew in horses.

This stallion had finally turned and looked towards me after he also had caught the sight of the storm that was blowing in this direction. Flickering my thorns towards him as he asked me what I was doing around here. Well it was something close to that. So I was going to think up just what I was exactly going to tell him as I stood here. "Well, to tell you the truth. I am around here trying to find myself someone that knows about a herd and well....what most mares try to find." Pausing for a moment as I thought of how to say this and just if I was wording it right. "You know. . .a mate." I decided to go and say simply as I stood there. Flickering my thorns as I looked into the stallion. Wodering f he was going to tell me aything to my words. Trying to think up what to ask him.

"What about you?" Asking my words towards him. Waiting to see just what this equine was going to say. For a stallion like him. Well, I know that I would be all over that, but I was holding back n that side of me. Yes, I was one of those equines that got super excited about certain things and just how this equine looked. Well, I knew that we would make some awesome looking foals at this point in time. Though I had to hold back on my thoughts about all of that as I stood there and looked towards him. Shifitng my weight as I staarted to enjoy his company. Just want to make sure that this stallion was good for me. Well, thatis just what I was liking to do at this point in time. he was my entertainment for once.

Tux had to admit that he was a bit surprised when he heard the answer that the mare gave him as to why has was around these parts. Looking for a herd to join and a stallion to mate with. While he was actually looking for a mare and territory to call his own, he probably wouldn't outright say it for fear it would chase of any mare he was talking to but since this mare had brought it up first why couldn't he tell her the truth, right? A smile was on his face and he chuckled a bit before replying.

"Well to be honest I'm looking for a land to claim for the herd I want to have soon." he answered, glancing down at the ground for a moment before raising his gaze once more so his light blue eyes could look her over. For the first time he got a good look at her and was able to see how exquisite her markings and coat was. She appeared to be a silver dapple though she had the most amazing shade of gold strewn throughout her coat the it almost didn't look like it belonged on a real horse. He smile grew absent mindedly as his light blue eyes took her in for a moment longer before he snorted a bit as if to try and cover up the fact that he had been admiring her beauty.

I looked at him with my thorns perked high on my skull as I listened to his words as he said he was looking toards starting a herd. Which kind of caught my interest, but of course I would have to play this smoothly. "Well, that sounds like fun on your part. Maybe I can tag along." Speaking softly as I gazed towards him. Flickering my flaxen colored banner as I motioned myself to a comfortable position as I stood there. Letting my weight shift within my daggers as I wandered just what things this stallion knew. For he looked like a very healthy stallion to me. Oh how I just wanted to touch him, but something inside of me was not letting me do anything at all.

I snorted loudly as I could see the gray llouds were starting to come over us now Turning my gaze back over to him. "Can we take this to a place that is covered?" Asking softly as she shifted her weight and looked over to a cave that was in the large cliff. HOping that he will be up for going in there to alteast have some sort of cover.

As the mare spoke once more, her voice was soft yet had a welcoming tone to it as well. He smiled a bit broader when he heard that she wanted to tag along. The thought of having the pretty mare along with him made his mood increase. If there was one thing Tux hated, it was being alone and if he were to have the mare with him from now on, or at least for a little while depending on how long she wished to stay by his side, he would be very happy to have the companion.

"It would be a pleasure to have you along." he replied, dipping his head low into a bow before her. Raisin up once more, his smile fell a bit as he too saw how close the clouds were getting to the shore and she seemed to have noticed as well because she suggested they take cover and he nodded in agreement before heading towards a cave that was cut into the large cliffs.

Daggers shifted as I headed towards the cavern that was at the face of the cliff. A place that I wanted to go into with the sight of these clouds that were coming over us. Turning my gaze up towards the sky as I saw that the sight of the clouds were not looking so grand at this point. So with that I quickly found myself trotting towards th cliff. Getting into the mouth of it just in time to were my rump felt the rain drops fell onto my rump. Flickering my thorns wildly as I turned and looked. Watching as the rain falling all around us now. Taking in a big sigh as I looked to the stud who had followed me this way. "Looks like we made it just in time." Speaking as I began to shake the water from my pelt. Wondering what was going to happen now with this storm that was blowing over us.

The bay tovero stallion didn't waste much time but let the mare go ahead of him as they made their way towards the ocean side cave. Glancing up once more, he saw the clouds beginning to turn an even darker grey and just as he was about to step into the shelter of the cave, the first raindrops fell, sprinkling his painted coat a bit before he was able to make it under the shelter. Once safely inside, he shook the droplets from his coat a bit before glancing over at the mare with a smile. Her comment made him chuckle a bit before he glanced outside the mouth of the cave at the rain that was now falling steadily from the heavens.

"It's seems that way." he answered, watching as the waves became a bit more furious with the winds that were blowing about from the storm.

I gazed over at him with a soft smile upon my face as I let my orbs look over his brown and icy figure as I stood there. Letting my figure shift as I looed in his direction. Trying to think up just hat he was going to say towards me as I stood there. "So....ummm....do you have a herd and a mate?" Asking as I looked in his direction. For yes I was a mare and I could tell that my time was coming to where I would come into season and I now if i come into it with this stallion here. That he will go crazy for wanting to get onto my back and let things happen quicker than I wanted them to. So I figured that I would go ahead and ask this as I stood before him. Even though I would love to have a foal with this stallion. I wanted to make sure that I found a stallion that would help care for me and the youngster before I went into doing anything crazy.

Turning my attention from him back out to the storm that was blowing over us. Watching as the waves crashed a little bit harder than they were before since the storm seemed to be sturing it all up, but I just wanted it to stop. For I really did not like going and running around in stroms. I want to always be able to have the chance to run without rain hitting into my orbs. So I held myself in a perfect spot so that if I did come into season. That I had the chance to take off and run or to hide in a corner till he moved out of my way.
