Explanation of how foal stats get picked.
Gender
Odds = Colt
Even = Filly
Alive Or Still Born
5 = Still Born
Every other number = Alive
Health
1-8 = Healthy
9-10 = Unhealthy
( If unhealthy a second dice is rolled )
1-8 = With proper care will recover and live a normally healthy life
9-11 = Will recover but will have an low effect in life, ex a limp, coughing fits, so on. Admins choice
12 = Will eventually recover, however will have permanent damage during life. Low fitness, sore joints, low life expectancy. Admin choice
End of normal foals.
If you are breeding a horse who has an unusual marking / unusual eye colour a few more dice will be rolled. ( Because you can't purchase these traits for custom made horses, only 2nd gen horses are able to carry these traits. The greater the generation the greater the possibility of passing on the trait is.
A dice will be rolled per horse who has the trait and per trait. If the 2nd Gen sire has unusual eyes and the 3rd Gen dam has an unusual marking and unusual eye colouring.
A dice will be rolled for the sire to see if the eye colour was inherited
A dice will be rolled for the dam to see if the trait was inherited
A dice will be rolled for the dam to see if the eye colour was inherited.
If the foal inherited both the dam and sires eye colours, it will result in two different coloured eyes.
2nd Gen
1-9= The gene was not inherited
10-12 = The Gene was inherited
3rd Gen
1-8= The gene was not inherited
9-12 = The gene was inherited
4th Gen
1-7 = The gene was not inherited
8-12 = The gene was inherited
5th Gen
1-6 = The gene was not inherited
7-12 = The gene was inherited
6th Gen + Guaranteed gene inheritance.
