Foals
Anything that is purchased for a foal must be done before the foal stats have been made. All things purchased for the foal will be then written into their genetics and will have a chance to be passed onto their offspring.
If you buy the unnatural marking trait it is $2500 for the first one and $1000 for each one after. Therefor three markings would cost $4500. The players get to chose what markings they get or can chose to have the staff design them. All markings must be in natural colours, however a black horse may have palomino markings. An example of an unnatural marking would be, a white swirl on his neck.
- Delay the 7 day waiting period. $300
- Have Twins $900 ( every thing you purchase must either be purchased twice for twins or can only be applied to one foal. )
- Guaranteed Live Foal $150
- Choose Foal Gender $250
- Choose Health $300
- Chose Coat colour ( Must be genetically possible between Sire and Dam $250
- Two solids couldn't have an apply foal
- Chose non genetical possible coat colour $500
- Example, two solids could have an apply foal
- Chose eye colour ( Must be a natural colour ) $ 250
- Chose unnatural eye colour $1800
- Chose unnatural marking $2500
( Each additional marking costs $1000 )
- Guarantees that one unnatural trait on one of the parents gets passed to the foal $ 800
( Each additional trait guarantee per foal, for those horses who have several traits. $400 )
Lands
- Send a small natural disaster to a neighbouring herd or land $ 1200
- Nothing that would force all those within the land to leave, but causes enough damage to make life hard for a few weeks. Weakens those within the land for those two weeks.

- Will take two game months to develop
- Apple Tree $400
- Will take a game month to develop
- Immunity for one in game season
- From steals $1000
- From challenges #1100
Automatic Steal valid for one steal $1600
Gems
Gems are harder to accumulate but are used to purchase special items and rare ones. These items will often change and may not stay up for long. Items that are striked out means that they will return but are not available at the moment, so check back often. Just like the above body modifications, once purchased these will be written into the horses genes and has a 100% success rate in passing along to offspring. That 100% success rate only applies to the horse that these items were purchased for. Its foals then have a chance to pass on the trait but it isn't guaranteed.
